How does the mobile service work?

1. Gather this information you’re going to need! (the year, make, & model of the vehicle) Anything newer than 2015 will require the Vin # of the vehicle to get you an accurate quote for a windshield replacement. Tempered car windows (windows that shatter in to safe cubes.) such as: door glass, quarter glass, vent glass, usually only require the year, make, & model.

2. Call or Text Auto Glass Native at (972) 903-7640 your information.

3. We will schedule an agreed time-frame to meet you at location of your choosing. Whether it be at home, at school, at work, or wherever is clever. (Example: We’ve done a replacement, while the customer was watching their kids baseball game at Mike Stevenson Field, in Waxahachie. Right in the parking lot.) We strive to be as accommodating as possible.

4. Our Time-Frames vary on workload, route, and traffic. Generally we like to schedule 2-3 hour arrival windows. 10-12pm; 11-1pm; 12-2pm; etc.

5. Replacements take average 1-1.5hrs to complete. Glass replacement that require adhesion products like urethane used on windshield replacements and back glass replacements, require at least an 1hr drive away time. Which also varies with weather conditions.

6. We accept almost all forms of payment and offer tap to pay for most modern cards. We do not accept personal checks!

7. Your windshield replacement or car window repair will be covered by a lifetime-owner warranty. Direct to tech contact. It covers, water leaks, air noises, distortions in glass, and overall workmanship! The only thing we don’t cover is further breakage. However, if you get a rock chip within 90 days of a windshield replacement, we are empathetic enough to provide a free rock chip repair & discounted secondary replacements if needed.
